Daisy & Bird Floral Design typically books 6 – 12 months in advance. If your wedding is during peak wedding season (May through October), plan to reach out around 12 months in advance to ensure that your wedding date is still available.
As a studio florist, we only accept a
limited number of weddings each month.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING FLORALS?
I START BY SETTING UP AN INITIAL CONSULTATION. DURING THIS APPOINTMENT WE WILL CHAT ALL THINGS FLOWERS! WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR COLOUR PALETTE, THE FLORAL ITEMS YOU ARE HOPING FOR, AS WELL AS THE OVERALL STYLE AND VISION YOU HAVE FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY.
FROM THERE I CREATE A PERSONALIZED PROPOSAL FOR YOU TO REVIEW. I REQUIRE A 30% DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT TO SECURE YOUR DATE. WE WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT AND CAN MAKE CHANGES UP UNTIL 1 MONTH BEFORE YOUR WEDDING AS NEW IDEAS AND CHANGES ARISE.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
MOST WEDDING BUDGET PLANNERS SUGGEST RESERVING 10-20% OF YOUR OVERALL BUDGET TO YOUR FLOWERS.
THIS VARIES DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF FLORAL PIECES YOU HOPE TO HAVE AT YOUR WEDDING.
I REQUEST A MINIMUM BUDGET OF $2000 FOR OUR FLORAL DESIGN SERVICES, HOWEVER MY CLIENTS TYPICALLY SPEND AN AVERAGE OF $4000 ON THEIR WEDDING FLOWERS, WITH BUDGETS RANGING FROM $2000 -
$12,000.
HOW MUCH DO WEDDING FLOWERS COST?
I HAVE A SMALL COLLECTION OF VESSELS AND BASE MECHANICS FOR FLORALS INCLUDING COMPOTES, BUDVASES, AND SEVERAL CEREMONY ARCHES.
MY COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS WHEN THEY BOOK
THEIR FLORAL SERVICES WITH DAISY & BIRD.
IF I DO NOT HAVE WHAT YOU REQUIRE IN MY COLLECTION, I WILL SUPPORT YOU IN FINDING THE APPROPRIATE RENTALS THAT WILL SUIT YOUR VISION PERFECTLY.
DO YOU OFFER ANY RENTALS?
ABSOLUTELY! DAISY & BIRD WILL DELIVER YOUR BRIDAL PARTY FLORALS, AND WILL SET UP ALL YOUR DÉCOR PIECES AT THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION.
COST VARIES AND IS DETERMINED BASED ON THE LOCATION OF YOUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION, THE NUMBER OF LOCATIONS, AND THE TYPES OF INSTALLATIONS REQUIRED.

YES! IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF REGINA OR OUT OF PROVINCE WE CAN SCHEDULE A VIDEO CALL VIA ZOOM FOR YOUR INITIAL FLORAL CONSULTATION.
I HAVE DESIGNED WEDDINGS ACROSS SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN AND I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU HAVE STUNNING FLORALS AT YOUR WEDDING.
